Police chase in Chambersburg Pennsylvania leads to apprehension of local 18 year old, Cullen Spealman

On Friday April 28, 2017 a police chase began on warm spring road at 11pm. 17 year old, Cullen Spealman ran a stop sign and slid sideways through an intersection and side swiped a police cruiser. Pennsylvania state police attempted to pull Spealman over when he accelerated and evaded police. Spealman was apprehended at sheetz on Norland Avenue as he was attempting to “buy a pack of cigarettes.”
