Police need help finding this man

A male, approximately late 20s was seen hitting and striking a vehicle. He then left the scene without rendering medical attention to the passengers of said struck vehicle. Please contact Campbell County police with any knowledge or whereabouts of this man. Only the man pictured is the suspect in question.
