Police on the lookout for East Liverpool area Cat woman

Authorities are looking for a disguised cat woman by the name of Tyra Reed from the East Liverpool area. Police stated she’s wanted for excessive partying, reckless driving, and theft of a construction road cone. Witnesses stated the suspect was driving with a cone stuck under the vehicle and appeared to be doing the Macarena dance while attempting to sing Nellys hit song Air Force Ones.
