Police Searching For Man Stealing Over $10,000 in Lowe’s Merchandise.

Police are on the search for a man that has gotten caught stealing from the Lowe’s in Vestal.
Albert H.Hyde 48, from Windsor was spotted stealing over $10,000 in cash and merchandise. A class A felony.
