Pulaski man arrested for public nudity

Pulaski Police picked up Austin Ratcliffe for public indencincy on April 28th. The young man was intoxicated and carrying around a bottle of alcohol. The officer arrived on scene and was fortunate enough to make the arrest without any injuries. Austin is out on bond and will face the courts.
