R. Nathaniel to own top high school

Mrs Robyn Joseph Nathaniel, teacher at the Princess Margaret school and daughter of former Education officer has been named as the owner of Excelsior Academy to be located in Sea View Farm.
“I am elated that at this young age I am able to impact the young people of this nation by providing quality education.” Said Nathaniel.
