The Racine County Police Department is on the lookout for 22 year old Chrystal Cummings who is facing charges such as manslaughter, 1st degree homicide, concealed carry of an illegal firearm, as well as evading arrest.
Reports from witnesses stated that Cummings was walking down 16th street in Racine when a man in a blue van, now identified as Robert Gucciery, cat called at her out the window.
“She appeared very calm,” said a witness, and continued, “yet, out of nowhere pulled out a pistol and shot the man in the head without a change in her facial expression. It seemed like she’d done this before.”
After the incident, Cummings reportedly vanished. The Racine County Police Department has stated that they are providing rewards for information on the suspect and her whereabouts.
