At approximately 3:45 p.m Thursday evening Yohan Noel whom is 15 years of age who attendsTranquility Secondary School was arrested by police officers. The victim Patrick Wilson Aka “Stoggie” 52 years of age claims that Yohan called him behind an abandoned home in the Belmont district for sexual activities where “Oral” and “Anal” sex have been conducted. Witnesses say that they saw Yohan Noel leaving the abandoned home fixing his underwear with multiple blood stains and many bite wounds on his neck and lower arm.
