RCMP Arrests Hartland Man

Woodstock RCMP apprehended Jeffrey Trecartin aka The Pole Hill Pooper. Trecartin stands accused of breaking into Chevrolet vehicles in the Pole Hill area and taking a dump on the driver’s seat. The perpetrator has been charged with vandalism and failure to wipe. Indecent exposure charges were not filed as no one witnessed the crime. No victims were willing to give statements at this time because they are embarrassed to be driving Chevrolet products.
