Jeremy Scott Lee, 27, Reynoldsville. Was stopped by police at his residence on Main Street when they saw him sunbathing naked. When questioned by the officer, Lee stated that he ‘just didn’t want tan lines this summer at the pool’ He continued to tell the officers that ‘he would do what he wanted because it’s his yard and he wasn’t bothering anyone.’ Neighbors called in a disturbance and Lee was fined for public indecency.
