Roane County Police Dept.- Devin Barnwell arrested behind Weigels

Devin Barnwell, A 17 year old a student at Roane County High, was arrested on April 28,2017. When a Police Officer confronted Mr.Banwell he acted in a very violent matter. He was Confronted because Mr.Barnwell was walking on Kingston Street naked, with an open container. Mr.Barnwell then asulted a Police Officer. The Officer had no other choice but to taze him, unfortunately the only shot the Officer could get was in Mr.Barwells groin. Now Mr.Barnwell has NO BALLS!! NO BALLS!!😂
