Clarissa Melana Bryant , 20 of roanoke Virginia was arrested today at 4:20 pm for 1st degree murder and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after she shot a woman in the head and fled from the scene. Police arrested her when they seen her walking to a store off Jamison ave in southeast Roanoke. Police searched her stringbag and found 10 pounds of high grade marijuana.
