Classic Rock Cover singer Shawn Alvernaz, of Denver, Colorado, was performing downtown at Backeast Bar and Grill when Production Management for the band was walking by and heard him singing “Highway To Hell”. They couldn’t believe what they were hearing, both of them thought it was a young sounding Brian Johnston.
They stopped in ordered a drink and listened to his band “Bourbon Rock Dogs” finish their set. The rest shall we say will be history. The band auditioned him and he’ll be starting on the next tour…
