Rodgers dean (rd) Harris arrested for animal noises

Rd Harris of morenci was arrested April 29 2017 for making animal noises while fornacating with his wife
Local niehbors complained about loud rooster noises and other barnyard sounds coming from his residence, local police are asking the public to report any and all animal noises with in the city limits
Mr Harris was lodged at a local farm pending charges
