Young Daniel Norris. (noted in picture) Has been said to be “terrorizing” locals in the quaint town of Romsey.
It all started a few weeks ago, the council received a few isolated reports of a young male exposing himself in public. The ever growing number of reports sparked police attention, and the hunt began.
After following a trail of CCTV footage, the local police caught Mr Norris fondling himself behind aldi in the town center. The arrest was made infront of a number of confused onlookers.
Daniel remain’s in police custody. Awaiting trial.
