Sanborn Iowa man holds world record!

A Sanborn Iowa man holds the world record for being the worlds tallest midget. Yes thats an actual record. Andrew “Cupcake” Rutledge, 34 was joking around one day and submitted his “record” to Guinness Book of World Records as a joke, little did he know they took it serious. He was presented the award in a private ceremony last Monday evening.
