Nicholas Scott, 21, of Saratoga Springs, NY, was arrested & charged yesterday, Saturday April 29,2017 from stealing money & food from a local store. Police & Authorities said that they think he could have stolen up to a few hundred dollars in cash & also about $40-$50 in food & beverages. Witnesses say that he was wearing a black hoodie with jeans & black sneakers. He had no gun on him at the time but he did hand a threatening note to the cashier. He is currently in the Saratoga County Jail on $10,000 bond. If found guilty in court, he could spend up to 5 months to 2 years in jail or state prison.
