On the 31st of January 2017 officers with the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at an address in 125 Princeton Drive in Sault Ste. Marie. Officers located; 2 grams of crack cocaine,
4 Dilaudid pills, 2 Fentanyl pills, and; 20mg of Buprenophone
The total street value of the drugs seized is estimated at $670.00.
Bender, 20, and Barsanti, 72, of Princeton Drive were taken into custody and will appear in bail court on Monday may 1st.
Sydney Bender has been charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance while Donna Barsanti and Was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance.
