Saw this man flying

In search of a man who was allegedly seen flying around Guam at approximately 5pm this afternoon ,5 air-force jets were tailing him but he had supersonic speed and the jets lost him on sight. If anyone has seen him around or his whereabouts we are giving $500,000 he is standing at about 5’1″ late 20’s
