Scriba man tries to run from cops

Early this morning, a Town of Scriba Man tried to elude deputies on the back streets in Lycoming. The man, Jason R. Wills of Scriba jumped out of his truck and ran into a cow pasture on parkhurst road yelling, ” you’ll never catch me!” It was then he slipped in cow plop and spilled his PBR and surrendered to deputies. Gil Oldenburg, watched the scene unravel and said, ” The midget ran directly underneath a cow standing in the field. He never even come close to the udder he was so short. I never laughed so hard in my life.” He was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Scriba and sent to jail on $1,000.00 bail.
