Seabrook Police Find Man Unconscious On Railroad Ave

Early Tuesday morning Seabrook Police say they found Cole Evans, 21, of Seabrook, unconscious on Railroad Ave.

Patrolman John Fournier says he found Evans, a self-proclaimed painter and college student, heavily intoxicated and sleeping on the sidewalk. It is unknown at this time whether Evans was clothed or not during the time of the arrest, however Seabrook Detective, Phil Stevens, said more charges are likely.

Evans is facing a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication and a felony charge of soliciting a minor.
