Second suspect in local shoplifting crime identified

Early last week , suspect Laranda Lowery was witnessed shoplifting at the FortOglethorpe Walmart off of Battlefield Parkway . She was accompanied by two other suspects including Angela Childers , Ms.Lowery’s mother . The two, including another suspect, yet to be identified, were witnessed putting items in their bags through the adult sections and makeup sections of the FortOglethorpe Walmart . Local authorities say the mother of Lowery, Angela Childers, has a history of criminal charges including forgery and drugs . Investigators are further researching the crime .
