Police say area serial cat killers have been killing cats in the Grover area just off Ponder Rd. Authorities say they are using baseball bats wrapped with barbed wire to beat the cats to death. Sgt. Phelps said that it is a group of 3 guys, armed and dangerous. A local neighbor on the 25th block of Ponder Rd., Grover said she heard a noise out back only to see the guys running into the woods and her cat beaten on the ground, dead. Police urge you to call Crimestoppers if these guys are spotted.
