Shippensburg man being investigated

Bradley Vaughn of Shippensburg was cited late Thursday night after driving an unregistered and state inspected vehicle on Mainsville Road State Troopers finally apprehended Vaughn when he tried to make a right turn with no turn signals and the car struggles In a statement from his public defender, Bradley said he was “just shaking it down before the races next Friday.” Bradley will be cited and court dates have yet to be determined.
