Neighbor’s who don’t want to be identified said a couple was outside arguing then a man put his hands on her and she pulled out a hand gun and started firing at the man whose been shot multiple times is now being treated at University the police is looking to seek Sade Hudson who is not a suspect but she may have some information,please contact NOPD at 504-822-1111
