Shot a man

This young 28 year old was very upset after he found out his girlfriend was cheating so he shot the man 5 times and the dog in the head he is armed and dangerous and is in the austin area probably on his next victim so if u see a man thats short, dark with alot of hair and a couple tattooes please call your local police….
