Shot out with police and teenager

At around 2:45 this afternoon police from the central division task force intercepted a motor vehicle.upon doing that they where greeted with gun shots.The suspect is said to be identified as Frank Lucas who is now in police custody. A AR-15 rifle was also discovered on the scene
