Small Iowa High School to Blame for Numerous Cases of Salmonella

Indianola High School in Indianola, IA is in some hot water with parents after 4 students contracted Salmonella Friday evening. Mother of junior Al Jerome said her son came home fine, and then started puking around 5:30. Investigators say undercooked chicken is to blame for this. Parents are demanding to know the exact reason for serving undercooked chicken to its students.
“Kids shouldn’t have to worry about whether or not they are going to be poisoned when they eat lunch.” Says Mary Whithers, mother of Sophomore Joe Whithers who was also poisoned.

The parents of the other two didn’t make a statement on this issue
