Springfield Woman Wanted After Shooting Incident On The West Side Of Town

Springfield Woman, Rebekah Griggs, is wanted in connection with the shooting of a man( name not yet disclosed) on the west side of Springfield. It has been reported there was a verbal altercation leading up to the incident. Witnesses claim the 2 were arguing outside when the unidentified male smacked Ms. Griggs. She then fled into her home and returned outside firing 6 shots to the man’s face and upper torso. The man died on the spot and Ms. Griggs fled the seen. If you come contact with Ms. Griggs please do not approach as she is considered armed and dangerous. It is also reported Ms. Griggs has psychiatric issues and has not been taking her medication.
