A 34 year old Christopher Knapp was arrested earlier today for assulting a elderly woman at a local Hospital. The victim spoke briefly with us stating that Mr. Knapp was yelling and give he mean looks and a awfully scary laugh. She said that was the last thing she remembered before passing out. The lady is in triage getting examined and Mr. Knapp has been sent to Highland for his own evaluation.
