officer Knuckles from the northwoods police departments pulled Terrance Williams over for doing 80 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. area . Terrance was somewhat cooperative until asked why he was going so fast, his response was “i was trying to go yam something” when asked what yam refers to he repeatedly told the female officer yam means smash , crack , f*** , then after all that he says “you’ve never been yammed before officer?”
