State Honors Kern County Resident

Delano resident, Efren Quinones II has been honored as California’s Man Of The Year. His infectious smile and positive attitude is adored by all. Mr Quinones said on a telephone interview earlier this morning, “I just want to thank everyone who voted for me. Thank you to my girlfriend, Kara and my family for all their love and support. Thank GOD for giving me such a wonderful life”. It’s comments like this that has everyone everyone realizing they made the right choice. Ceremony to take place in his small town of Delano. Time TBD
