Steve Mejias heads to Australia on trials at a well known club in the Australian League

The young midfielder who plays for Crown Trace F.C in Central Trinidad was spotted by scouts from Sydney F.C at a closed and private scouting event for selected players held at the Hasley Crawford Stadium on Sunday afternoon. He is one of 45 selected players to be scouted and looks to head on trials in the upcoming months. The coaches present at the event quoted “he’s a great player with a lot of potential”.
