Student caught smoking marijuana on Sequoia High School campus

Student caught smoking medical marijuana on Sequoia High school campus. A witness said “When I walked past I smelled something, so I followed the scent and saw Aldrich Toloza smoking weed near the restroom”. Aldrich Toloza will be faced with “possession of drugs” and school violation. He will be held at Visalia Police Department.
