A Suffolk county man Bill Shaughnessy killed a woman over a business transaction. Bill bought a sweater from Decal Galore and did not receive his order in time.
Authorities said he drove to her house and followed her, waited for the perfect time to kill her.
His friends say ” He was mad about a sweater , and he is a petty person ”
