FOUNTAIN, Colo. (KKTV) – A person of interest has finally been taken into custody for several connected disturbance crimes throughout Colorado.
Loraine Scoman, 53, was arrested on public indecency and disturbing the peace charges committed between the dates of July 1996 and April 2017.
Investigators were able to connect Scoman to multiple incidents including (but not limited to): playing loud music after 10pm, ding dong ditching and yelling Journey lyrics at pedestrians from her vehicle.
Scoman would not speak with our team, other than to make the claim, “If I don’t remember, it didn’t happen.” She is currently awaiting trial in El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.
