Suspect strung out on kratom robs Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant of 35 lbs of frozen chicken wings.

A suspect is in custody this morning, after robbing the Buffalo Wild Wings on Mound Rd. Sunday night.
Warren Police Sgt. Stephen Mills reported that the man had admittedly been taking kratom, the new controversial herb that’s swept the country as a replacement high for opiate addicts. Sgt. Mills told us that upon searching the suspect, two envelopes of kratom were confiscated from his coat pocket. Police also recovered a shopping cart, taken from the adjacent Meijer store, containing 35 lbs of frozen chicken wings. The suspects name has not been released.
