Suspected murder of a Al Brown Highschool Student

High school student of Al Brown Highschool was suspected murder of a young teen . Student was identified as Crystal Diaz . Officer James say , the scene happend around 6 pm . Witness say she was trying to defend herself while walking down the street , as the guy pulled the gun , she kicked the gun out of his hand and when it fell on the ground , she picked it up and shot twice . Reports say they are still trying to identify whether to press charges or not .
