Suspicious Activity

People believed to see 19 year old, Kristina Medley, Friday afternoon on N. Stalf St. in the local Tri Lakes area.
She was seen wearing a superman jacket, blue jeans, and cowgirl boots. Ms. Medley was seen distributing odd substances in clear packaging to local minorities.
Ms. Medley is very dangerous. If you see Ms. Medley on the streets, immediately call the Columbia City Police Department.
