Teen arrested for evading arrest

A truck was stopped in peñitas after suspicious activity, the passenger identified as Javier Aguirre took off on foot and was tackled to the ground seconds after his attempted evade. He is now under custody of La Joya police department. Still unknown why he tried to flee.
