Teen arrested for evading police.

Charles W. Metzger 3rd (19) was arrested late Thursday evening for speeding and evading the police. Officer Deck watched Charles leave Pep Boys on Linkin highway, after so driving over the median and reaches a speed of 83 in a 40mph zone. Deck pulled out with his lights on following behind Charles, Charles then then turned his lights off and pulled into a development. Later being caught trying to leave. Charles was held over night and will face charges later this following week. Police would like to remind everyone driving is a privlage, and not a game.
