Teen arrested for stealing weights.

Monica Salas, 19, was arrested Thursday night after police received a call regarding a robbery. Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Brodbent Ave. regarding a robbery in progress, as they got there they saw Salas taking weights from her neighbors house. As they approached her she said she was just taking what belonged to her, which then admitted she was lying and was in fact stealing the weights. Salas was arrested and charged with robbery. Her Bail was set at $10,000.
