Teenage Boy arrested last night in Elgin IL.

Young boy, Brian Isabell, 14, was arrested last night at approximately 3:37 A.M, witnesses say the young boy was disrespecting staff and vandalizing property near Mcdonalds with some women or young girls, although they got away, Isabell is the one facing the consequences. Officers say that Isabell is facing a tough sentence but nothing to harm the boy’s life after he allegedly yelled out “F**k 12!” and tried to resist arrest by fighting back to Sgt. Xochi.
