Teenager accused of battering brother to death

Lucy Phelan age 14 has been arrested on chargers of battering her 10 year old brother, Jimmy Phelan, to death. The accused claimed he annoyed her and ‘breathed too loudly’ which led to his demise. Family and friends have described the accused as very dangerous.
