A teenage boy has been recorded doing extreme speeds in residential areas. On Thursday morning the driver hit a young child in Lordshill, he was seen headed towards romsey area, the teenage boy who cannot be named is now wanted for questioning over the incident.
He has been described as dark haired, bearded.
