Texas Roadhouse in Dierks?

There has been recent talk among the Dierks City Counsil about possibly bringing in a well known chain of restaurants to Dierks. The City Counsil and Weyerhaeuser have been negotiating a deal to purchase the land across from the Health and Rehab center in Dierks so a Texas Roadhouse can be built on the site.
