Tom’s River Woman Urinates On Cat, Attacks Paramedic

An anonymous noise complaint led to the arrest of Tom’s River native Ashley Nasti, 30. Currently residing in Easton, PA, Nasti was charged with public lewdness, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct after an early Thursday morning arrest on the 100 block of South Main Street in Phillipsburg. Police responded to a complaint at 3:34 AM of an aggressive woman yelling at passing vehicles, and banging on neighboring doors. By 3:50 AM, it was reported that Nasti, wearing only undergarments and carrying a grey cat, was apprehended. During the arrest, officers claim that she urinated on the cat, and threw it at one of the responding paramedics, sparking the aggravated assault charge. No further details are available at this time.
