Tonight Upland Cops Are After This Man

This man, ‘Justin Dellarocco’ is currently being pursued by the police department of the Upland Borough. Various witnesses have reported seeing the suspect bringing multiple woman in on a nightly basis. With further investigation it suspected the suspect is running a prositure ring out of his small row home in Upland PA. He was last seen this morning 4/28/17 leaving in a white work van with multiple women in the back. Sources say Witnesses have also reported seeing him offering candy to kids and free wifi to teenagers.
