Tree refuses to fall

Local tree company Arbor Technologies was recently hired to remove a large hemlock tree for the local municipality… after several notches and a series of formidably placed back cuts the tree was still standing !! Owner and lead arborist and part time ninja Leo St Peter …claims this has never happened to his company before .. but is sure his insurance will cover “this odd claim “
