U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer accused of running prostitution ring in Oceanside

United States Navy Chief Petty Officer accused of running a prostitution ring across Oceanside set to appear in court Monday.

Les Holley was arrested last week after investigators say he was running half a dozen brothels all over the Oceanside area.

Authorities say they’d been looking into the ring for the last eight months. They say he charged at least 20 women $400 a week to sell sex through his brothel business.

Holley was allegedly running the ring through otherwise legitimate office buildings and apartment complexes.

Prosecutors say their investigation isn’t over and that more charges could be filed soon.
